How long does it take to receive my repair back?
The total process could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks, depending on the level of work required.
Generally, repairs take 5-10 business days once received, but this may vary based on the issue and complexity. Clothing repairs have shorter lead times than leather goods so please keep this in mind.
Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days. We’ll keep you updated on the progress and notify you when your item is on its way back.
How do I track my order?
Once we’ve received your item, we’ll email you with an estimated completion date. When your item is ready and shipped back, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
If you haven’t received updates or have any questions, feel free to contact us at hello@joincirqular.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Do you accept items from overseas?
Currently, we only accept items from within Australia. However, our services are available worldwide, and we plan to expand our network in the future.
If you’d like to receive updates on our expansions, please contact us here

What is a customised restyle?
Restyling is a creative process where we reimagine and transform your item, giving it a fresh new look while preserving its essence. By choosing restyling, you grant us creative freedom to provide tailored options for changes that enhance the item’s style, functionality, or fit.
Examples of restyling include:
- Clothing: Transforming a dress into a top and skirt, adding unique embellishments, or modernising outdated designs.
- Shoes: Adding custom detailing, changing colour, or upgrading hardware for a contemporary look.
- Bags: Replacing worn-out parts with new materials, adding patches or embroidery, or customising straps.
Restyling breathes new life into your favourite pieces, ensuring they remain unique and aligned with your personal style.
To submit an item in your wardrobe for a restyle, fill in the 'submit an item' form and we will provide you with new ideas based on your preferences with an outline of cost and timeframe.
How long does a repair, restyle or alteration take?
We make sure that we match your request to the most suitable repair specialist, tailor or mending service. Depending on your location, we aim to have your item returned to you within 2 weeks.
NOTE: Restyling options may take a little longer depending on the amount of work involved.

Reselling with Cirqular
What items can I sell with you?
When suggesting resale options for unused fashion items, we prioritise clothing, shoes, and accessories that are:
- IN DEMAND, OFF THE MOMENT PIECES: We’ll recommend resale options for your unused fashion items that are highly sought after by our reseller community. We focus on what’s trending right now – from brand and seasonality to size, colour, and rarity in the market. This approach ensures a faster sale and a higher return on investment.
- SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS: We prioritise pieces crafted from natural materials like
cotton, silk, linen, and wool. These timeless fabrics not only last longer but
also maintain a higher resale value due to their durability and longevity.
- LOCAL, ETHICALLY SOURCED BRANDS: We proudly champion local, sustainable brands that share our commitment to conscious production and ethical practices.
We do not resell:
- Counterfeit or ‘faux’ pieces
- Fast fashion items (as outlined in our brand section)
- Broken, dirty, or damaged items
We cannot sell items that are damaged, broken, stained, odorous, have missing buttons or broken zips. If your items arrive and aren't in sellable condition or we find damage, we will post them back to you at your expense.
NOTE: We’re in the process of expanding our categories soon – so keep an eye out for updates as we grow.
Can I have my item listed on more than one retailer?
Yes, this is possible. We will match the best reseller based on your needs and preferences.
What are the fee's involved?
Selling/commission fees vary depending on the resale platform. We have partnered with a wide network of resale partners which specialise in different categories/items. On average commission fees can be anywhere from 11%-50% depending on the agreement. We can help break down the most suitable option based on your specific needs.
How do I receive my money?
The payment process will begin once your item has sold. You will receive a summary outlining the total amount less commission fees. In most cases, you will receive your money within 3 business days after receiving the buyer payment provided your item has already been despatched and received.
We send all payments via bank transfer, so please ensure that you fill in your bank details correctly to avoid any delays.
How long does it take to sell an item?
This is difficult to predict as it depends on the category, style, size, condition and demand of the item within the market. We can give you an estimated overview at the time of submission which will allow you to make a decision as to whether resale will be the best option for you.
What happens if my item doesn't sell?
We will allow for up to 4 weeks for your item to be listed in one of our resale partners. We monitor sales daily and can discuss options with you at the end of the first 2 weeks to discuss next steps.
What if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, if the item has already been received by us and submitted for it's selected service we won't be able to return the item.
If in doubt, please contact us immediately at hello@joincirqular.com
