We offer convenient pickup services within designated areas or drop-off options at listed locations. You are responsible for ensuring your items are securely packed for transport. If your location falls outside our collection areas, you must arrange alternative postage

SECTION 8 - CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Cirqular complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a service is not delivered with acceptable care, skill, or within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to remedies under ACL.

 

SECTION 9 - REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (excluding shipping charges), provided no services have commenced. Refunds for completed services will only be provided if there is a failure to meet the agreed standard or timeframe under ACL.
